Made Just for You
All Introvert Land items are made to order. Because each product is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
— Wrong size ordered
— Change of mind
— Buyer’s remorse
We encourage you to review size charts and product details carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: studio@introvert.land
Include:
— Your order number
— A clear photo of the issue
— A short description
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your order appears lost in transit:
— Please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
— We will work with our production partner to investigate.
Refunds or replacements are issued once the shipping carrier confirms the loss.
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout:
— We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.
— If the order is returned to sender, additional shipping fees may apply to reship it.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
A Small Note
We are a small independent studio working with trusted print partners. Every piece is made individually, not pulled from a warehouse shelf.
