All Introvert Land products are made to order. This means each item is printed and prepared individually after your purchase. Production time typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. During peak seasons (holidays, launches), production may take slightly longer.
Where We Currently Ship
Introvert Land currently ships to:
United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and most European countries.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and destination. If you're unsure whether we can ship to your location, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after production:
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom: 4–10 business days
European Union: 4–12 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days
Other international locations: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, selected products, and shipping method.
Applicable taxes may be included or displayed at checkout depending on your country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders within the European Union and United Kingdom are generally delivered without additional customs charges.
Orders shipped to countries outside these regions may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees determined by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
